Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
-
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.

Contact existing and new customers to explain products, services, and offers.

Build a strong database of prospects for future sales opportunities.
2. Sales Conversion
-
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective pitching.

Upsell and cross-sell products wherever possible to maximize revenue.
3. Customer Engagement
-
Handle inbound inquiries from customers and assist them with relevant information.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during interactions.

Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent service.
4. Follow-up & Closure
-
Conduct timely follow-ups on leads generated through calls, campaigns, and marketing activities.

Manage objections effectively and ensure smooth sales closures.

Maintain proper records of conversations, leads, and sales conversions.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-
Maintain detailed logs of all calls and customer interactions.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance and lead status.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to enhance conversion strategies.
