Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for promoting our broadband services, reaching out to potential customers, and converting leads into successful connections.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident, target-driven, and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective and existing customers over the phone, promote products or services, and convert leads into successful sales. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while achieving your monthly and quarterly targets.
This role is best suited for individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a performance-based environment. It offers opportunities to grow within the sales hierarchy and earn performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling

Identify potential customers through database mining, online research, or CRM tools.

Initiate outbound calls to cold and warm leads to introduce company products/services.

Capture customer interest and identify potential sales opportunities.
2. Product Presentation & Sales Conversion

Explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company’s offerings.

Address customer objections confidently and handle queries to drive interest.

Follow structured telesales scripts while personalizing the pitch to suit customer needs.

Persuade customers to purchase by understanding their requirements and offering relevant solutions.
3. Follow-ups & Relationship Building

Follow up with prospective leads who showed interest but did not convert on the first call.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Update customers on new offers, discounts, and product launches.
4. Database & CRM Management

Record all customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes accurately in the CRM system.

Ensure customer data confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.

Keep lead records organized for easy tracking and reporting.
5. Target Achievement

Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Contribute to team goals by sharing best practices and supporting peers when needed.

Adapt to changes in product offerings, pricing, and promotions to stay current and competitive.
6. Reporting & Feedback

Prepare daily and weekly call summaries and sales reports.

Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and objections to the sales or product team.

Participate in regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
