About EQSIS:
EQSIS is a Chennai-based capital market research firm providing stock market education, research, and trading tools to retail investors and traders across India.
Role: Telesales Executive
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (On-site)
Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain EQSIS products/services
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals and upsells
- Maintain call records and update CRM daily
- Meet monthly sales targets consistently
Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate with good communication skills
- 0-2 years experience in telesales or telecalling
- Fluent in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
