Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, close sales, and maintain customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, have basic computer skills, and be confident handling customer objections over the phone. Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make daily outbound calls to leads, potential customers, or previous clients.

Use scripts and product knowledge to introduce the company’s offerings and generate interest.

Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and explain the value of the product or service.
2. Lead Conversion

Follow up with interested leads through multiple calls, WhatsApp, or emails.

Maintain a high conversion rate by building trust and handling objections tactfully.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
3. CRM and Record Keeping

Update call logs, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM or Excel sheet.

Maintain accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and customer feedback.

Report daily work status and call performance to the team leader or manager.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Provide pre-sales information and answer any questions from potential customers.

Maintain long-term relationships with converted customers for upselling or repeat business.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
5. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing, field sales, or customer support teams as needed.

Share market or customer feedback to help improve product offerings and pitch strategies.

Participate in regular training, team meetings, and review sessions.
Skills Required
1. Communication Skills

Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus)

Ability to listen actively and communicate clearly over the phone

Confidence in speaking with strangers and handling objections
2. Sales and Persuasion

Basic understanding of the sales process and customer psychology

Ability to build rapport quickly and explain benefits effectively

3. Technical Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

Familiarity with call dialers, lead management tools, or WhatsApp business (preferred)
