Job Description
* Engage potential customers through proactive outbound calls to generate quality loan leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers using leads provided by the company.

Introduce the company’s products or services, highlight benefits, and generate interest.

Follow a structured sales pitch and tailor conversations based on customer profiles.
2. Lead Qualification & Conversion

Identify potential buyers by understanding their needs, budgets, and decision-making criteria.

Capture and update customer information accurately in CRM or sales tracking tools.

Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales, subscriptions, or appointments based on campaign goals.
3. Follow-Ups and Relationship Building

Conduct timely follow-up calls to leads who have shown interest but not yet purchased.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers for repeat business or referrals.

Develop long-term customer relationships by providing a high level of service and care.
4. Objection Handling

Address customer objections and questions professionally with confidence and product knowledge.

Offer solutions, alternatives, or benefits that align with customer needs.

Escalate complex queries or concerns to supervisors when necessary.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of calls, customer responses, outcomes, and follow-ups.

Submit daily/weekly reports on calls made, conversions achieved, and targets met.

Ensure all information is captured accurately in the CRM system.
6. Collaboration & Team Support

Coordinate with the marketing or product teams for promotional campaigns, discounts, and updates.

Work closely with team members to share insights, best practices, and market feedback.

Attend regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
