Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily using a company-provided list or database.

Reach out to new or existing customers and promote the company’s products or services.

Use persuasive communication techniques to influence buying decisions and generate interest.

Follow a structured script while also personalizing the conversation based on customer needs.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification

Identify potential buyers through proactive questioning and lead profiling.

Understand the customer’s requirements, budget, and decision-making criteria.

Qualify leads and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects for follow-up.

Escalate complex or high-value leads to senior sales or business development staff when needed.
3. Sales Conversion

Convert warm leads into sales through effective follow-up and relationship-building.

Handle customer objections or doubts with professionalism and product knowledge.

Guide customers through the sales process and complete all necessary documentation.

Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer preferences and needs.
4. Customer Interaction and Relationship Management

Build strong rapport with customers by being attentive, patient, and courteous.

Answer queries related to pricing, offers, features, payment options, and support.

Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale through appropriate follow-up.

Maintain a positive brand image through every customer interaction.
5. Reporting and CRM Updates

Record detailed notes of each call in the CRM system, including call outcome and customer feedback.

Keep track of follow-up schedules and ensure timely communication with leads.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly call reports and sales summaries for management review.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on campaign goals and progress.
