Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services. You will play a crucial role in building customer relationships, generating leads, closing sales, and helping the company achieve its sales targets.
The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-centric approach. This role requires persistence, discipline, and a passion for sales and customer service.
