Job Description
Flybed Home is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and proactively reaching out to leads generated via our CRM system. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident, persuasive, and eager to grow within a dynamic home solutions company.
Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers whose leads are generated through CRM software.

Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective clients, addressing queries and providing product information.

Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for seamless customer support.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a bonus).

Basic knowledge of using a computer and CRM tools.

Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive over the phone.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Freshers are encouraged to apply – training will be provided
