Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients

• Provide customer support, technical assistance, or sales services as per process

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Follow international communication standards and scripts

• Update CRM systems with accurate call details

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required

• Work in rotational/night shifts as per international time zones
