Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion
-
Make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily to potential and existing customers.
-
Introduce products/services, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or book appointments.
-
Follow up with prospects via calls, messages, or emails to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build rapport with customers and understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
-
Handle objections effectively and resolve queries or doubts in a professional manner.
-
Maintain and update customer information and call status in CRM or sales tracker.
3. Achieving Sales Targets
-
Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Contribute to the overall success of the telesales team by meeting or exceeding KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Upsell and cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
4. Market Feedback & Reporting
-
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.
-
Report daily call logs, customer interactions, lead status, and conversions to supervisors.
-
Assist in developing call scripts and refining pitch based on customer feedback.
5. Compliance & Quality
-
Ensure that all calls are made in compliance with company guidelines and tele-calling best practices.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain call quality.

Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and customer confidentiality at all times.
