Job Description

Handle Students outbound calls and telling them about the products/offers/services
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify Students needs, clarify the information, take the admission.
Build good bound with the students.
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

Fluent in English communication Skills
High energy level
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
