Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for speaking with people over the phone and persuading them to explore and purchase our products or services. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, close sales, and achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases, leads lists, or cold contacts.

Present the features and benefits of the company’s products or services clearly and confidently.

Understand customer needs and tailor pitch accordingly to offer appropriate solutions.

Persuade prospects to schedule appointments, sign up for services, or place orders during the call.
Inbound Call Handling:

Handle incoming inquiries related to products or promotions and convert them into sales.

Provide information on pricing, product availability, features, and order status.

Resolve basic customer concerns, escalating issues to supervisors when needed.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:

Identify potential leads through research and qualify them based on predefined criteria.

Follow up with interested or previously contacted clients to close sales.

Maintain consistent follow-up schedules via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call volume targets.

Track all calls, leads, and conversions using CRM or call center software.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Offer cross-selling and upselling options where applicable.

Encourage customer referrals and repeat business.
Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, customer interactions, and feedback.

Provide daily or weekly reports to the Telesales Manager on lead status and target progress.

Update CRM systems accurately and timely.
Team Coordination:

Collaborate with sales team members, marketing teams, and support staff to align on campaigns and promotions.

Participate in regular training and team meetings to improve knowledge and performance.
