Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and advertising?
Job Summary:
We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, explaining products or services, and closing deals. Your primary objective will be to contribute to the company’s growth by increasing sales revenue and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections while remaining enthusiastic. Experience in customer service or telecalling is desirable, but freshers with strong verbal communication skills and a flair for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers from the assigned database or cold leads.

Introduce company products or services, explain benefits and features, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.

Tailor scripts and sales pitches according to customer profiles and responses.
2. Lead Conversion:

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, or past inquiries.

Understand customer requirements, answer their queries, and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed weekly/monthly conversion targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.

Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools or company systems.

Handle objections effectively and turn potential rejections into sales opportunities.
4. Sales Strategy Execution:

Work with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs including number of calls, conversions, and revenue goals.

Contribute feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and campaign effectiveness.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Follow the approved telecalling scripts, data privacy regulations, and company policies during all calls.

Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy in customer communication.

Participate in regular training and quality assessments to improve performance.
6. Reporting and Coordination:

Maintain detailed and accurate call logs, sales records, and customer details.

Submit daily reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales closed to the team leader or manager.

Coordinate with the field sales team or other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
