Job Description
We are looking for a Freshers and Experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in developing and growing new business opportunities. It's fully onsite desk job role
Responsibilities
- Attend Business Queries call
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized business solutions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and performance.
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and unique value propositions.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- Regularly track and analyze sales metrics to measure progress.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on lead generation, sales performance, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Freshers or Experienced in Business development or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to generate and close deals
