Job Summary: The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales through outbound calls. This role involves contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, presenting our products/services, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote and sell our products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads, identify sales opportunities, and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product/service offerings and communicate their benefits effectively.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Address and resolve customer queries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Excellent convincing skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-paced environment.
