Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services, and assisting customers with their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to/from customers.
- Provide product/service information to potential and existing clients.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
- Work closely with the sales/support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle calls efficiently and professionally.
- Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
Note: Final Interview would be in physical (in-person) mode at the Noida office.
