Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

Present and promote products and services effectively to existing or potential customers.

Persuade customers to buy products, subscribe to services, or take advantage of promotional offers.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching leads, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.

Follow up with potential leads to convert them into active customers.

Qualify leads by determining customer needs, budget, and timeline.
3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
-
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to confidently answer customer queries.

Communicate the benefits of the product in an easily understandable way, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.

Understand customer preferences and suggest the most suitable products or services based on their needs.
4. Handling Objections and Closing Sales:
-
Handle customer objections, resolve complaints, and answer questions with professionalism and empathy.

Work towards overcoming resistance to close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Ensure customers receive timely follow-up and confirmation of their purchase, payment, or subscription.
5. Maintaining Customer Relationships:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients by following up on previous conversations, sending product information, and providing customer support.

Encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty.

Record all customer interactions, sales, and relevant information in the CRM system for future reference.
6. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of calls made, contact details, customer queries, and sales outcomes in the CRM or call logs.

Regularly update the supervisor or manager about sales performance, lead status, and target achievements.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required.
7. Adherence to Sales Processes:

Adhere to the company’s sales processes, policies, and scripts during each call to maintain consistency and quality of service.

Follow company guidelines for handling personal customer data to ensure privacy and security.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a motivating and supportive team environment.
Skills and Competencies:
Communication Skills:

Clear, confident, and effective communication in English and/or regional languages.

Ability to speak persuasively and maintain a positive, professional tone.

Active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
Sales Skills:

Strong selling skills with the ability to close deals over the phone.

Knowledge of basic sales techniques, such as overcoming objections and asking the right questions.

Customer Handling:

Empathy and patience in handling customers’ concerns or complaints.
