Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for selling products or services over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers. The role requires a balance of outbound sales efforts and inbound call handling, where you will build customer relationships, understand their needs, and close sales effectively.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.

Introduce the company’s products or services and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions that align with their interests.

Follow up with leads through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to maintain engagement.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
2. Inbound Call Handling

Answer incoming calls from interested customers promptly and professionally.

Address inquiries related to products, pricing, offers, delivery, and policies.

Provide clear and accurate information to encourage sales conversion.

Capture customer interest and convert incoming queries into confirmed orders or appointments.
3. Lead Management and Follow-Up

Update and manage lead information in CRM systems or Excel sheets.

Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads until closure or disqualification.

Track all interactions with customers, including conversations, status, and feedback.
4. Sales Closure

Negotiate terms and pricing where necessary to close sales deals.

Maintain a positive and persistent approach to overcome objections or hesitation.

Share quotations, payment options, and coordinate with logistics or backend support when required.

Achieve individual and team sales quotas consistently.
5. Customer Relationship Building

Build rapport with customers through professional and friendly communication.

Understand the customer journey and provide post-sale support if needed.

Encourage repeat business by maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality.
6. Reporting and Coordination

Prepare and submit daily call and sales reports to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions, offers, or updates.

Attend training, team meetings, and product briefings regularly.
