Have to generate leads through India mart and google 
Explain company products and services
Selling our products to retailers or wholesalers 
Handle customer inquiries
Will have to collaborate with logistics, Accounts and quality control.
Update and Maintain Daily Sales Report

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales Calls:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads, databases, or cold-calling lists.

  • Introduce company products or services to prospects, highlighting their features and benefits.

  • Persuasively sell the company’s offerings while addressing any queries or concerns.

  • Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to generate interest and qualify them as potential sales leads.

2. Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Identify and target prospects based on predefined criteria (e.g., demographics, industry, company size, etc.).

  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about their needs, purchasing behavior, and budget.

  • Maintain and update the customer database with detailed information about leads and interactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

3. Sales Pitch and Closing:

  • Effectively pitch products or services to potential clients in a manner that aligns with their needs.

  • Overcome objections, provide solutions, and negotiate deals to close sales successfully.

  • Follow up on initial leads and attempts to convert them into confirmed sales.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build rapport with prospects and maintain positive relationships throughout the sales process.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, sending additional information or offers as required.

  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer interests or needs.

5. Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, or yearly sales targets set by the Sales Manager or team leader.

  • Continuously monitor and improve personal sales performance, striving to meet and surpass goals.

  • Report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and client interactions to the Sales Manager.

6. Product and Market Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product or service offerings, promotions, and competitive landscape.

  • Ensure an in-depth understanding of the company’s product features, benefits, and pricing.

  • Conduct research on potential customers and markets to tailor sales approaches effectively.

7. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

  • Document all customer interactions, including call logs, lead details, and sales progress.

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and outcomes to management.

  • Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

8. Handling Customer Inquiries:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to any questions or concerns raised by potential customers.

  • Provide detailed information about the products or services being offered.

  • Handle objections calmly and professionally, aiming for a resolution that benefits both the company and the customer.
