Job Description

They can make outbound calls to generate leads and sales or handle inbound calls to assist customers. Essentially, they are the voice of a company, building relationships and driving business through phone conversations. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers from a provided list or CRM database.

  • Introduce and promote the company’s products or services with clarity and enthusiasm.

  • Generate leads by identifying customer needs and matching them with the right offering.

2. Product Knowledge and Presentation

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and pricing models.

  • Effectively communicate product benefits and unique selling points to customers.

  • Address customer queries accurately and confidently.

3. Sales Conversion and Target Achievement

  • Persuade customers to make a purchase, book an appointment, or sign up for services.

  • Handle objections and negotiate to close sales while maintaining professionalism.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as assigned by the supervisor.

4. CRM and Call Logging

  • Accurately update customer interaction details, call outcomes, and lead status in the CRM system.

  • Follow up on warm leads, callbacks, and pending decisions to drive conversions.

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date call log and customer database.

5. Customer Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the sales or product team.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

6. Team Collaboration and Feedback

  • Work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to refine calling scripts and sales approaches.

  • Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

  • Share best practices and collaborate with peers to improve overall team performance.
