Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling & Lead Conversion

Call prospective students and provide information on available courses, eligibility, and fee structure.

Explain the benefits of studying in Tamil Nadu/Karnataka and address queries.

Assist students with admission procedures and documentation.
Sales & Follow-Ups

Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counseling.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

Coordinate with the admission team for a smooth enrollment process.
Reporting & Communication

Maintain daily call records and conversion reports.

Stay updated on new courses, scholarships, and university guidelines.

Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction.
✅ Ability to handle objections and convert leads into enrollments.
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (preferred).
