Job Description

Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided databases.
Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
Follow up on prospective leads through calls, emails, and messages.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Overcome objections and resolve customer concerns to close deals.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Maintain an up-to-date customer database and sales records.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer interactions.
Work with the sales team to strategize new sales approaches.

Coordination & Communication:

Collaborate with field sales teams to schedule meetings or product demos.
Communicate customer feedback to the relevant departments.
Stay updated on company products, offers, and industry trends.
