Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales. You will play a critical role in contributing to the company’s revenue and customer base growth through proactive communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

This is a fast-paced role suited for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, working with targets, and turning conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

  • Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to potential customers using company-generated or sourced lead lists.

  • Introduce and explain products/services in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

  • Understand customer requirements and pitch products that best meet their needs.

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team if applicable.

2. Inbound Call Handling:

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries, provide product information, and guide customers toward making a purchase decision.

  • Convert warm leads and inquiries into confirmed sales.

  • Address product-related queries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and accuracy.

3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement:

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs (e.g., call volume, conversions, revenue).

  • Maintain an updated knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and promotions to deliver accurate information.

  • Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services based on customer profiles.

4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Build strong rapport with prospects to establish trust and increase chances of conversion.

  • Maintain follow-up communication with interested leads via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp until the deal is closed.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

5. CRM and Record Management:

  • Accurately update customer details, call notes, and outcomes in the CRM system or internal database.

  • Track leads through the sales pipeline and keep detailed records of interactions.

  • Generate and submit daily/weekly performance reports to supervisors.
