Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, close sales, and achieve revenue targets. You will be the first point of contact between the company and its potential customers, so strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-centric approach are critical for success.

A Telesales Executive plays a key role in the organization’s revenue growth and customer acquisition strategy. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where resilience, discipline, and the ability to handle objections professionally are essential traits. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales Calls

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided through marketing campaigns, referrals, databases, or cold calling.

  • Introduce the company’s products or services to prospective customers and explain key benefits and features.

  • Ask probing questions to understand the customer’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution.

  • Maintain a high call volume while ensuring high-quality, personalized conversations.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion

  • Identify new sales opportunities and nurture leads through multiple touchpoints.

  • Convert prospects into paying customers by building rapport and handling objections confidently.

  • Follow up on previous contacts to encourage conversion or renewals, depending on product type.

  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through consistent follow-up and clear communication.

  • Address customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

  • Guide customers through the purchase process and confirm order details to ensure accuracy.

  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times to create a positive customer experience.

4. Data Entry and CRM Management

  • Accurately record all interactions, outcomes, and customer details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

  • Keep detailed call notes, update customer contact records, and mark follow-up tasks for future interactions.

  • Report daily call metrics, leads status, and conversions to the team leader or sales manager.

5. Product and Market Knowledge

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, including product specifications, pricing, promotions, and delivery timelines.

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to improve sales conversations.

  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

6. Team Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align on lead generation and follow-up strategies.

  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to help refine sales tactics and improve service delivery.

  • Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and incentive programs.
