Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Explain offerings clearly and persuasively to drive interest and conversions.
  • Maintain customer database and call records accurately.
  • Follow up on leads to achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Requirements
  • 0–1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (freshers welcome).
  • Must be fluent in Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu (any one language).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Willingness to work from the Chennai office.
