QUALIFICATION - GRADUATE

EXPERIENCE - FRESHER /MINIMUM 6 MONTH IN SALES

WOKRING DAYS - 6 DAYS WORKING( 1 WEEKOFF)

WOKRING TIME - 10.00AM TO 7.00PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert potential customers into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and messages.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
Address customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain a positive and engaging conversation to enhance customer interest.

3. Sales Target Achievement

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Persuade customers to make purchases, renew services, or upgrade plans.

4. CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the team lead.
