Job description:
Candidate should be experienced into B2B Sales, Outbound sales, Domestic call.
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, emails, social media, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and present business proposals, sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, and progress against targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database or CRM.

Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and interest level.

Present and explain product/service features, advantages, and benefits clearly and confidently.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or packages.
2. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

Convert leads into confirmed sales by effectively handling objections and negotiating terms.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to increase revenue.

Close sales and process orders accurately following company protocols.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Follow up on leads, reminders, and callbacks to nurture potential sales opportunities.

Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and issues promptly.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM software.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, call logs, and customer data.

Communicate regularly with the sales team and management regarding progress and challenges.

Collaborate with marketing to feedback customer insights and campaign effectiveness.

Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical standards, and data protection regulations.

Ensure all sales activities are conducted professionally and with respect to customer privacy.
