Job Summary
A Telesales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a company’s products or services to customers over the telephone. This role focuses on generating leads, engaging potential customers, explaining product features, handling objections, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Telesales Executives are often the first point of contact between the company and potential clients, making it essential to have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
The role requires resilience, persistence, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment. Successful telesales professionals combine product knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Fix an appointment with architects & builders
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
