Job Overview

A Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to potential or existing customers to sell products or services, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Identify customer needs, pitch suitable products, and close sales deals.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.

3. Achieving Sales Targets

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Work with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Update and maintain CRM software or sales records.
Provide sales reports, customer feedback, and call insights to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and telemarketing regulations.
