Telesales Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, pitching products or services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a sales-driven attitude, and a commitment to achieving targets.
This role requires individuals who are confident on the phone, quick to build rapport, and capable of closing deals through telephonic interaction. The position may also include handling incoming calls and follow-ups with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers using company-provided leads or databases.

Introduce and explain company products or services in a clear, compelling, and professional manner.

Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or packages based on their requirements.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Generate quality leads and schedule product demos or follow-up appointments with the field sales team (if applicable).

Convert leads into successful sales by addressing objections, highlighting product benefits, and closing deals over the phone.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout all customer interactions.

Handle follow-up calls, maintain engagement, and nurture potential customers who are undecided or require time to convert.
4. CRM and Documentation:

Update and maintain customer information and call records in the CRM system accurately.

Record call outcomes, client feedback, and next steps after every interaction.

Share reports with the sales manager on daily performance, lead status, and conversion rates.
5. Market Feedback and Insights:

Provide feedback to the sales and product teams regarding customer preferences, objections, or market trends.

Suggest improvements to calling scripts, promotional offers, or sales strategies based on customer responses.
