Telesales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customer/clients. The candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable service. To be able to provide the best Tele-Calling experience, the candidate must know how to convince the toughest of the seller to purchase our offering.
Looking for applicants comfortable with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls and resolving queries about Product or Company
- Noticing significant subtleties of every discussion
- Conveying verbal acknowledgements of offers to our Sales group for closing.
- Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunication technologies.
- Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines
- Reaching potential or existing sellers/clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts
- Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization
- Posting questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales
- Considering the details of each offering and staying side by the side of updates to these contributions.
- Acquiring and updating an individual’s contact details
- Calling active or old sellers whenever needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role will be an add on
- High School diploma; B.Sc/BA will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of the Native Languages (Hindi, Gujarati) English language will be an add on
- Knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone (if experienced)
- Ability to switch communication styles
