Job Description

I have sales executive process credit card and loan.  this is a telecalling job.

Employees who work in credit card departments or companies usually do the following types of work:

1. Customer Service

  • Helping customers with their questions

  • Explaining credit card features

  • Solving problems like card blocking, lost cards, or transaction issues

2. Application Processing

  • Checking customers’ credit card applications

  • Verifying documents (ID, income proof, etc.)

  • Approving or rejecting applications based on company rules

3. Credit Checking

  • Checking the customer’s credit score

  • Deciding the credit limit for the customer

4. Transaction Monitoring

  • Monitoring suspicious or fraudulent transactions

  • Ensuring the customer’s card is safe and secure

5. Collections Work

  • Contacting customers who did not pay their bill on time

  • Helping them with payment plans or reminders

6. Sales & Marketing

  • Explaining card benefits to customers

  • Encouraging people to apply for the card

  • Promoting new offers or cashback schemes

7. Technical & Support Tasks

  • Managing digital payments

  • Fixing system errors

  • Supporting online banking and mobile apps
