About the Role
We are looking for experienced Telesales Executive fluent in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in your preferred language.

Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.

Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in any one of the following languages: Malayalam / Telugu / Tamil / Kannada.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.

Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
