Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and confident Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining the benefits of our products or services, and closing sales. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving revenue, supporting marketing campaigns, and expanding the company’s customer base.
This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for sales. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and continuously improve through feedback and training.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company or sourced through marketing activities.

Follow a structured sales pitch to present the company’s products or services in a clear and persuasive manner.

Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
2. Lead Conversion & Sales Closure:
-
Convert cold and warm leads into active customers by explaining features, benefits, and pricing.

Handle objections professionally and confidently, ensuring a high close rate.

Process orders and ensure accurate data entry of customer information and sales details in CRM or sales software.
3. Inbound Call Handling:

Respond promptly to incoming calls and inquiries from potential or existing customers.

Provide accurate product or service information and guide customers toward a purchase.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products when applicable.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Provide post-sale support or direct customers to the appropriate department when needed.

Maintain customer records, interactions, and transaction history accurately in the CRM.
5. Performance Targets:

Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, call quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager.

Monitor daily productivity, conversion rates, and call quality, adjusting techniques as needed.
6. Reporting & Feedback:

Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activity, sales performance, and feedback gathered from customers.

Report any recurring issues or market feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and workflows.
