Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using a prepared call list or CRM system.

Introduce the company’s products or services, highlight key benefits, and deliver persuasive sales pitches.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings based on product knowledge and client profile.

Overcome objections and use effective closing techniques to convert leads into sales.
2. Inbound Call Handling

Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from leads, clients, or past customers.

Provide detailed information about products, pricing, promotions, and availability.

Guide customers through the sales process and offer appropriate support until the transaction is complete.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up
-
Maintain and update the lead database with accurate call notes, contact information, and next steps.

Follow up on warm leads or previous interactions to nurture prospects and re-engage dormant clients.

Pass on qualified leads to field sales or business development teams when necessary.
4. Target Achievement

Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets and performance metrics such as call volume, conversions, and revenue.

Participate in regular sales training sessions to improve pitch, objection handling, and product knowledge.
5. Customer Relationship Building

Build rapport with customers by using a friendly and professional tone on calls.

Provide a positive customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction and the potential for repeat business or referrals.

Handle customer queries or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions, sales, and customer details in the CRM or sales database.

Generate daily or weekly sales activity reports as required by management.

Provide feedback from customers to the product or marketing team to help improve offerings or messaging.
