Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, address queries, and offer tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Education: High school diploma; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, ideally in the automotive industry.
