Job Description
Job Summary:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to new and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, provide customer support, and manage bookings. The role includes generating leads, maintaining accurate customer data, following up on inquiries, and contributing to the company's sales goals.
This role combines both communication and administrative responsibilities. It requires someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, has basic computer skills, and is target-oriented. The company offers performance-based incentives on sales and a first increment opportunity after 3 months, depending on the candidate’s performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling and Customer Engagement:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products, services, offers, and bookings.

Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services to customers over the phone.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or options.
2. Customer Support and Relationship Management:

Provide support to existing customers by resolving basic queries or concerns.

Follow up with customers after initial contact to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Handle incoming inquiries related to services, bookings, and product information.
3. Data Management and CRM Updating:

Accurately update and maintain customer details, leads, and call records in the system or CRM software.

Keep booking information up-to-date and ensure timely entries of follow-up actions.

Maintain clear and organized records of daily activity and sales performance.
4. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Identify potential leads during conversations and update the database accordingly.

Nurture leads through follow-up calls and convert them into confirmed bookings or sales.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversion.
5. Sales Support and Incentive Participation:

Actively participate in the company’s sales promotions and incentive schemes.

Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets to earn attractive incentives.

Provide feedback to the sales team or management on customer responses and sales trends.
Core Skills:

Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/English or the local language; confident phone manner

Sales Orientation: Ability to persuade, explain, and convince customers

Customer Service: Patience, listening skills, and ability to handle different types of customers

Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, CRM systems, or Google Sheets
