Job Location: Sector 2, Noida

Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week | Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers and promoting financial products over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective customers and explain features of financial products (Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans).
Convince customers to purchase the product and close sales over the phone.
Make outbound calls daily to generate leads and meet sales targets.
Maintain a strong follow-up routine to maximize conversions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to earn incentives.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream.
Fresher or experienced candidates welcome.

Skills Required:
Strong convincing and communication skills (in both Hindi and English).
Ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance.
