Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Call prospective clients using leads provided by the company or generated independently.

Understand customer loan requirements and assess initial eligibility.

Educate prospects on available loan products (e.g., personal, home, business loans) and benefits.
2. Loan Product Promotion & Conversion:
-
Explain loan terms such as interest rates, EMIs, tenure, and required documentation.

Address customer queries and resolve objections to guide them through the application process.

Follow up with potential clients to close leads and ensure documentation is submitted on time.

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:

Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer communications.

Build trust and rapport to create long-term client relationships and referrals.

Guide customers clearly through the loan application process and assist with basic form filling if needed.
4. Documentation & CRM Management:

Record all calls, leads, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM or tracking system.

Ensure that client data and documents are handled confidentially and securely.

Coordinate with back-end teams for loan processing, verification, and approval status.
5. Compliance & Process Adherence:

Follow internal processes and scripts when presenting products or gathering information.

Maintain strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and RBI guidelines.

Avoid any misrepresentation or aggressive selling practices.
