Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Mumbai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day telecommunication with potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to prospective customers, following up on leads, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer support. The role involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of National Pharma.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Calls and Lead Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce, promote, and sell the company’s products or services. Convert leads into confirmed sales and meet or exceed sales targets. -
Inbound Call Handling
Respond to incoming sales inquiries, provide relevant information, and guide customers through the purchase process. Address concerns and queries with professionalism and accuracy. -
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities. -
Database Management
Maintain and update a database of customer contacts, leads, and sales activity using CRM systems or internal tools. Record all call information, outcomes, and customer feedback accurately. -
Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and technical specifications. Stay updated with changes or promotions to effectively communicate value to customers. -
Target Achievement
Work consistently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by the sales manager or team leader. Proactively look for ways to improve sales performance and conversion rates. -
Pitch Development and Personalization
Customize sales pitches according to the customer's needs and industry. Listen actively during calls to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions. -
Objection Handling
Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and close sales with confidence. Handle difficult calls tactfully and strive to turn negative situations into positive results. -
Reporting and Feedback
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead status, customer responses, and campaign effectiveness. Provide feedback to management for refining strategies and improving product offerings. -
Coordination with Other Teams
Collaborate with the marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share relevant insights gathered during calls with internal stakeholders.
