Our TeleSales profile is also called Business Development / Admissions Counsellor profile. It is a standard role at all online education companies like Byjus, Vedantu etc. This role is a part of the Sales vertical and is ultimately responsible for the selling of courses to potential customers. Being a part of the Sales Vertical each TeleSales executive directly impacts the revenue of the company and hence is a very important role for the company. The day to day work of a TeleSales executive primarily involves calling customers assigned to them by the company and convincing them to purchase the courses of the company.
