Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, promoting products or services, handling customer queries, and closing sales over the phone.

This is a voice-based sales role requiring excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert leads into successful deals.

Role and responsibilities

Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide solutions to their issues.
Meet daily targets set by the company for sales performance.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to improve sales skill

Mode- Work From Office
Candidates needs to be fluent in English and Hindi/Kannada/Tamil
Location- Bangalore
Incentives- 15000 to 25000 per month
