Job Summary: We are looking for a Telesales Executive to drive sales and revenue by contacting potential customers via telephone and persuading them to purchase our products or services. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from targeted lists or databases to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, pricing structure, and competitive advantages to position them effectively in the market.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Utilize sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and overcoming objections to drive sales and increase average order value.

Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, calls made, and sales closed, using CRM software or other relevant tools.

Follow up with prospective customers who have expressed interest or requested additional information to ensure a seamless sales process and close deals.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement, share best practices, and contribute to the achievement of overall sales objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines while conducting sales activities and handling customer information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey persuasive messages effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other sales tools.
