Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Inbound Call Handling

Answer calls from customers seeking information about life or health insurance products.

Provide clear explanations of benefits, coverage, premium amounts, and claim processes.

Address customer concerns and resolve queries promptly.

Guide interested customers through the application and policy purchase process.

Outbound Call Handling
-
Make proactive calls to potential customers from company databases or leads.

Introduce and explain insurance products tailored to customer needs.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

Convince customers to purchase suitable policies by highlighting advantages and long-term benefits.

Sales & Target Achievement
-
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for insurance policy conversions.
-
Cross-sell or upsell additional coverage or riders based on customer requirements.
-
Maintain high conversion ratios while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management
-
Build rapport and trust with customers by maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
-
Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients until policy issuance.
-
Ensure policy renewals by reminding customers of due dates and benefits of continuity.

Data Entry & Record Keeping
-
Update CRM systems with call details, customer interactions, and sales progress.
-
Maintain accurate customer information for future reference and compliance.

Track performance metrics and submit regular reports to supervisors.

Compliance & Ethics
-
Adhere to IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) guidelines while selling policies.
-
Ensure ethical selling practices and avoid misrepresentation of facts.

Maintain strict confidentiality of customer personal and financial data.
