Job Overview:
We are seeking a Telesales Executive to make outbound calls, generate sales leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements & Skills:
· Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or telesales, preferably with a CP (Channel Partner) company.
· Sales Success: Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
· Lead Conversion: Strong skills in generating leads and converting them into clients.
· Communication: Proficiency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
· Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and resolve client issues
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Outbound Calling & Lead Generation – Make calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
✅ Sales Pitch & Product Explanation – Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
✅ Customer Handling & Query Resolution – Address customer inquiries and handle objections effectively.
✅ Follow-up & Relationship Management – Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to close deals.
✅ CRM & Data Entry – Update customer details and call records in the company’s CRM system.
✅ Achieving Sales Targets – Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals set by the company.
