Job Description
Sales presentation Convincing skill
Data will be provided by organization on daily basis
6 days working from office
Timings - 10 am to 7pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Outbound Sales Calls

Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database, list, or leads generated through various sources.

Introduce the company’s products and services to new customers, explain their benefits, and generate interest.

Qualify leads to identify sales opportunities and determine customer needs, readiness to purchase, and budget.

Follow up on cold or warm leads and convert them into sales.
2. Sales Pitch and Product Knowledge

Deliver effective sales pitches to customers, explaining the features, advantages, and benefits of products and services.

Customize sales presentations according to individual customer needs, ensuring relevant information is provided.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products or services to confidently address customer queries and offer suitable recommendations.
3. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships

Establish rapport with prospective customers to build trust and a lasting relationship.

Engage in continuous follow-up with leads who express interest but do not commit immediately, encouraging conversions.

Address customer concerns or objections in a professional manner, resolving issues and clarifying doubts to move sales forward.
4. Sales Closures
-
Close sales deals effectively and efficiently by addressing any final customer hesitations.

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue growth.

Record customer details and sales information accurately, ensuring a smooth transition for order processing or delivery.
5. Data Entry and Reporting
-
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of all interactions with clients in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management software).

Generate regular sales reports for management, tracking sales performance, customer feedback, and conversion rates.

Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.
6. Customer Service and Support

Provide post-sales support by answering any questions or concerns from customers after the sale.

Help resolve customer issues, such as delivery inquiries or product concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Upsell or cross-sell products where applicable, ensuring the customer’s needs are fully met.
7. Target Achievement and Performance Monitoring

Meet individual performance metrics, including sales quotas, call volume, and conversion rates.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and demonstrate a positive attitude toward meeting goals.

Participate in team meetings, training, and development sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and performance.
