We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can make calls to customers, explain our services, and help convert leads into sales. The role needs good communication, confidence, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Calling & Lead Generation
• Make outbound calls to customers.
• Explain the company’s services in a simple and clear way.
• Generate leads and identify interested customers.

Sales & Follow-up
• Give proper product/service information to customers.
• Take follow-ups with warm leads.
• Convert interested leads into sales.

Customer Handling
• Answer customer questions and clarify doubts.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone during calls.
• Build trust and good customer relationships.

Daily Reporting
• Update call logs, lead status, and follow-up details.
• Report daily progress to the team leader.

Skills Needed

• Good communication skills (Tamil/English)
• Confident in calling
• Basic sales knowledge
• Convincing skills
• Positive attitude and patience

• Any degree
