Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and Billing Software solutions. The candidate should understand how these systems work and be able to confidently present, pitch, and sell them to prospective clients. The role is target-driven and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for CRM, ERP, and Billing Software solutions.
- Present and demonstrate software benefits to clients in a clear and business-focused manner.
- Understand customer pain points and position the right solution to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with the technical/pre-sales team to prepare proposals, demos, and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated with software trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Report sales progress and maintain accurate client data in CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in IT Sales / Software Sales (CRM, ERP, Billing Software preferred).
- Strong understanding of how CRM, ERP, and billing systems support business operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle B2B clients and close deals independently.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in generating leads.
