We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to promote our training programs. Your role will involve making outbound calls, explaining course details, and converting leads into enrollments. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Calling and Conversion

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, social media, and other sources.

  • Understand the requirements and career goals of potential students or professionals.

  • Clearly explain relevant training programs, their structure, eligibility, fees, duration, and career outcomes.

  • Convince and convert interested leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

2. Counseling and Course Guidance

  • Guide prospects in selecting the most appropriate course or training path based on their background, goals, and experience.

  • Clarify doubts related to course content, trainers, batch schedules, certification, and placement support.

  • Build trust and rapport with learners through empathy, professionalism, and accurate information.

3. Follow-Up and Relationship Building

  • Maintain a regular follow-up schedule through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails.

  • Nurture leads who may not convert immediately and keep them engaged for future enrollment opportunities.

  • Manage objections or hesitations tactfully, highlighting course benefits and addressing any concerns.

4. Database Management and CRM Updates

  • Accurately record call details, prospect information, and follow-up status in the CRM system or Excel sheets.

  • Update enrollment records and provide regular reports to the team leader or manager.

  • Maintain an organized and updated pipeline of leads for better productivity tracking.

5. Achieve Sales Targets

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes and conversion targets.

  • Work under supervision and pressure to deliver results within deadlines.

  • Participate in campaigns, enrollment drives, webinars, and workshops to boost lead generation and course awareness.

6. Team Coordination and Feedback

  • Collaborate with the marketing, training, and support teams for smooth lead handovers and batch coordination.

  • Provide feedback from potential learners to improve course offerings and sales strategies.

  • Actively participate in team discussions, knowledge sharing, and performance review meetings.
