Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in achieving the company’s revenue goals by effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people over the phone, has strong communication and persuasion skills, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls

Make daily outbound calls to prospects using the provided database, CRM system, or cold call lists.

Introduce company products or services to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.

Follow a prepared sales script to handle objections and convince the customer to make a purchase or set an appointment.

Maintain a high call volume while ensuring quality interactions with every customer.
2. Lead Generation and Follow-ups

Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on defined sales criteria.

Schedule follow-up calls and keep prospects engaged throughout the decision-making process.

Maintain a structured and updated database of leads and prospects.

Conduct follow-ups with potential customers who showed interest but did not convert initially.
3. Closing Sales

Convert qualified leads into successful sales by providing accurate product information and handling objections professionally.

Ensure that the customer understands the pricing, features, and benefits before finalizing the sale.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the team leader or sales manager.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Address customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.

Collect feedback and share it with the marketing or product teams to improve services.
5. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales manager outlining performance metrics.

Document any customer concerns or market feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Collaboration with Teams

Coordinate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and promotional offers.

Work with the customer service team to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support.

Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming discussions to share ideas and strategies.
